How the water helps
Warm water eases muscle tightness, and buoyancy supports body weight — allowing movements, like kicking or jumping, that may not be possible on land. Sessions can improve circulation, joint mobility and muscle strength, with potential benefits for breathing and balance. And the sensory experience of the water — its motion and warmth — provides gentle stimulus and calm.
Circulation
Warmth and gentle movement support blood flow.
Mobility
Buoyancy frees joints and muscles to move.
Calm
The warmth soothes and settles.
